SAFETY PRACTICES AT HOME
-Lock the door. -Put on the chain or deadbolt lock. -Close the curtains. -Leave an outside light on at night. -Leave an inside light on when you are coming home after dark. -Use a peephole or window to see who is at door. -Never open the door to a stranger. -Do not ever say you are home alone. -Do not give private information over the phone. COMMUNITY SAFETY
-Never accept rides from strangers or people you dont know well. -Lock your car doors when you are driving. -Do not go to a strangers car or home, even if you plan to wait outside. -Walk or jog in the daytime. -Walk with friends when possible. -Stay away from lonely or dark places. -Walk along main roads- dont take short-cuts.
